Welcome to YOGA!
We offer an optional beginner class, taught in a workshop style, to help you learn about your body and how to safely get into poses.
(This workshop class is optional. Anyone may attend any public class at any time.)
This class occurs Wednesday nights from 5:30pm - 6:30pm. You can attend as many and as often as you would like!
This class is designed to give you the confidence to enjoy our public classes.
Students will learn about breathing and correct alignment for classic yoga postures. Students may experience increases in strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. No yoga experience necessary. Upon completion of a few classes, students will comfortably be able to attend a wide variety of classes at Full Circle Yoga.

Setting a foundation: aligning bones, building strength and exploring mobility

Learn standing poses, seated poses and lying down poses. Learn which poses work best for your body.

Avoiding bad habits and unsafe technique.

Learn how to develop an effective life long yoga practice!
Regular class rates apply to our beginner class.
