YOGA CAMP FOR TEENS
EXPLORE YOGA, STUDY MINDFULNESS, ACCESS INNER PEACE.
In this camp, teens will be reminded that they are enough—that who they are matters. They’ll be encouraged to approach life with curiosity and compassion for themselves as they work toward their goals. Through the practice of yoga, we’ll build confidence and courage to help them navigate life’s challenges.
Join us at Full Circle Yoga, July 20–24, for a five-day yoga immersion designed for youth ages 14–17.
Participants do not need to have any prior yoga experience. Our practice will guide students in developing poses from the ground up, with an emphasis on alignment, safety, and benefits such as increased strength, balance, and focus.
We will focus on techniques appropriate for each individual, supporting students in creating a practice that feels both enjoyable and sustainable for years to come.
Students with more experience will have the opportunity to revisit familiar poses with a fresh perspective and explore new, more challenging variations to support their continued growth.
COST:
The price per student is $425. Please inquire about family pricing (2 or more students from one family).

Alongside his work on various music projects and in different bands, John Espinosa taught guitar—primarily to teens—from 1996 to 2019. During that time, he also organized and led a teen rock camp for several years. Since purchasing Full Circle Yoga in 2019, he now spends most of his time owning, running, and teaching at the studio. Still, he continues to teach guitar in a more limited capacity, and many of his students remain teens.
Working closely with young people and listening to their experiences has deepened his awareness of the challenges they face in today’s world. This has inspired a desire to offer a mindfulness-based practice specifically designed to support them.
This camp is dedicated to those who are our future.
MEET THE LEAD TEACHER, JOHN ESPINOSA

Milena first tried yoga during her sophomore year at Colorado State University. It soon became a regular practice in her life. In addition to the strength and flexibility it brought to her body, she found yoga to be a supportive source of emotional balance and stress relief.
Milena completed her first Yoga Teacher Training in 2017 and enjoys practicing and teaching a variety of styles, including Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Gentle, Yin, and Restorative yoga. She leads retreats, workshops, meditations, and sound healing experiences, and holds space for ceremonial practices.
Milena believes early access to yoga can be life-changing and is passionate about helping youth develop tools for balance, self-awareness, and well-being.
