2025 High Mountain Healing Yoga Retreat

We returned from our 2025 High Mountain Healing Yoga Retreat with hearts full of love and gratitude, after our second year gathering in the serene mountain town of Crestone, nestled in the Sangre de Cristo range of Colorado’s San Luis Valley.

Eighteen beautiful souls joined us at Blazing Mountain Retreat Center, opening their hearts and trusting us to guide and care for them throughout four transformative days and three peaceful nights. Together, we practiced yoga, meditated, explored the land, reflected on the Niyamas, soaked in hot springs, expanded our minds, sipped cacao, and lifted our spirits through chanting and song. Most importantly, we released, regenerated, and renewed.

Each lovely human who joined this year’s retreat brought their own unique and valuable presence to the experience. We are grateful for the wisdom gained through sharing stories, contemplating, opening to new experiences, adventuring, learning, and growing—individually and together as a community.

 

Through this retreat, we strive to create a truly unique experience. Though relaxed and unhurried, our time together is nonetheless potent and transformative. While our activities invite participants to try new things and move beyond their comfort zones, the retreat remains deeply nurturing, balancing, and healing. We are grateful to have found a harmonious balance once again.

 

In addition to the abundance of love we experienced, we are also overflowing with inspiration. We’re thrilled to announce our return to Blazing Mountain next year for the High Mountain Healing Yoga Retreat 2026. New offerings will enhance the retreat experience while bringing refreshing additions to the program. As has become our tradition, we’ll kick off ticket sales with a Black Friday discount worth watching for—stay tuned for details!
