High Mountain Healing Retreat
A yoga getaway in Crestone, Colorado with Milena and John

We are excited to announce our Fall 2024 High Mountain Healing Yoga Retreat taking place at Blazing Mountain Retreat Center in Crestone, Colorado! The event will run from Thursday, October 17th through Sunday, October 20th, 2024.
This is a collaboration with Milena Pastore from Soul Tribe Yoga Collective, and will have an emphasis on healing, rest, and relaxation. Together, we will dive into yogic and self-care practices, visit the local hot springs, and experience an outdoor cacao ceremony, all while immersed in the awe-inspiring beauty of Colorado's San Luis Valley.
The total cost includes the Retreat Price ($450) plus room and board (varying room formats available at different price points). Cost per participant will depend on the room type selected.
Visiting the local Sand Dunes Recreation hot springs will be optional and is an additional cost. An alternative activity will also be provided at a similar price point. The cost for the pool is $25 ($16 for seniors).
Additional activities will include:
- Asana
- Meditation
- A trek to see the fall colors (accommodations will be available for those who cannot hike)
- Outdoor cacao ceremony
- Kirtan
- Other creative, healing and self-care activities are in the works!
All meals and light snacks will be provided. The retreat center has a top chef who can prepare meals for any type of dietary need (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, etc.). We will collect everyone's dietary needs/preferences in advance and we encourage you to bring additional snacks or beverages of your choice. Please note: no alcohol or illegal drugs will be permitted.
This is a chronic illness-friendly event and the retreat center is wheelchair accessible. Please communicate any needs you have and we will do our best to accommodate them.
