Prenatal Yoga

We are proud to offer regularly scheduled prenatal yoga each week on Monday evenings. 

Pregnancy is a transitional time with many physical & emotional changes taking place. Join us for a safe, nurturing class designed to honor these changes and provide a space for you to connect with yourself, your baby, and other parents to be. You will be guided through a safe Vinyasa flow created to prepare and empower you for the physical and mental changes of pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum. Discover your strength, both mental and physical, for the marathon (not sprint) of pregnancy and childbirth. Prenatal Yoga can improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, increase strength, flexibility and balance. This class will also help provide relief and comfort to the areas of the body most impacted by your growing belly. Taught with a strong focus on alignment and breath work, Prenatal Yoga includes poses, deep breathing, and meditation that may be practiced through all trimesters.  


Join Chelle on Mondays at 5 for this unique and transformative practice during your pregnancy. This class is open to any pregnant student. Please note this specialty class is not included in monthly membership, the 30 for 30 deal or a ten class pack. Purchase a prenatal drop in for $18 or a prenatal 4-pack for $60. Any unused classes can be converted to general studio classes. Online registration is required. Please reach out with any questions!
